Are ellexx ETF savings plans secure?

Yes. Good to know: Your investments legally belong to you alone – they are safe even in the event of bankruptcy. Invested funds, including ETFs, generally belong to the special fund, meaning they are protected even in the event of insolvency and creditors have no access to them. If you have cash account balances with Hypothekarbank Lenzburg AG in addition to your investments, these are also protected by depositor protection up to CHF 100,000.

How much do ETF savings plans cost?

The confusion surrounding fees in the financial sector is scandalous.

Many traditional banks charge high custody fees of several hundred dollars, even for small assets. Many fintech offerings, on the other hand, hide fees and offer bait-and-switch deals such as zero custody fees, etc. Instead, they charge exchange rate fees or force consumers to pay expensive tax certificates of up to CHF 500.
